In case of failure in your certification exam, Testkings.com will provide you with Money Back Warranty, without any delay.
In order to avail the benefit our Warranty policy, just contact our Customer Support claiming Refund for your purchase. Please include a scanned copy of your failed exam and we will promptly issue REFUND. If you are not interested in the Refund option you can you request for another Exam as replacement of Original purchase. The new exam should not have a cost more than that of the original exam, it may be equal or less.
In order to claim the warranty by Testking it is mandatory that all the downloaded products are deleted and all copies destroyed. The Warranty applies only to the products purchased directly from Testking and with single-user license. An Examination Score report (PDF) should be submitted to billing@testkings.com to claim the exam exchange, a refund will be provided. It is absolutely RISK FREE!
Refund Claim is valid for any Testking Testing Engine User who fails the corresponding exam within 15 days from the date of purchase of Exam. Customer can contact Testking to claim refund guarantee at billing@testkings.com Exam failures that occur before the purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee. The Guarantee Claim request should be submitted within 7 days after exam failure otherwise Team reserves the right of final decision.
